U.S. TARIFF NOTICE FOR OUR ABAYAS 🇺🇸

Due to recent changes in U.S. Customs regulations, certain imported products, may be subject to customs tariffs or duties when delivered to U.S. addresses from our small business here based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

At NOUR.CO FZE LLC, we want to be transparent and upfront with our customers. These additional charges are not collected by us at checkout and are imposed by the U.S. government. If applied, the tariff must be paid by you, the recipient, in order for your package to be released by customs.

💡 WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU:

  • Not all orders are affected.

  • If your order is affected, you may receive an email or notice from the carrier (like USPS, FEDEX, etc.) asking you to pay the fee.

  • We do not benefit from this fee and have no control over it once your parcel leaves Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

✅ OUR PROCESS (PLEASE READ):

To ensure you're fully informed, we email every U.S. customer who purchased our abaya to confirm that you are aware and okay with the potential tariff.

Here’s what that email looks like:

Hi NOUR Fam Member,

Thanks so much for your order! We just wanted to let you know your purchased abayas may be subject to a small U.S. customs tariff upon delivery.

It doesn't happen to every order, but when it does, the carrier may request a small payment before releasing the package. This fee is out of our hands and is charged by U.S. Customs.

Please reply to this email to confirm how you’d like to move forward. You have three options:

  1. Remove the abayas from your order and ship the rest.
  2. Keep your order as is and risk the potential tariff at delivery.
  3. Cancel and refund your order if you're not comfortable with the risk.

If we don’t hear back from you, your order will not ship out. We want to make sure you’re fully informed first.
